Insights — did what was said match who was there to hear it?
A transcript tells you what happened on stage. A registration list tells you who was in the room. Insights joins the two, and answers the question neither can answer alone.
The overlap between what was said and who was there to hear it.
Capabilities
Session–audience match score
Per session, a 0–100 score for the share of the room whose company and industry genuinely connected to that session's content — plus the senior decision-maker slice of it.
What your audience wants more of
Which topics reached the most people and went down best, ranked. Alongside them, the gaps: industries well represented in your audience that no session spoke to.
Sentiment by audience type
How each part of your audience reacted, broken down by industry, function and seniority instead of one average. The finance people and the practitioners rarely heard the same event.
Who actually got heard
Speaker and company leaderboards weighted by the reach of the sessions they appeared in, not by minutes on stage — the gap between airtime and attention.
Warm leads for sponsors
For each sponsor, a ranked and explainable shortlist of attendee companies that fit what they sell, each with a plain-language "why this lead" line.
Everything one company did
Who they sent, who they put on stage, the themes those speakers discussed, and the seniority mix of their delegates — one view across both sides of the badge.
Who should meet whom
Which companies were present as both speakers and delegates, how the industry clusters sit against each other, and the introductions worth making.

How the four modules fit together
Each one produces what the next one needs. Run one on its own and it works; run several and each gets better, because they read from the same record of your audience and your content.
Underneath all four sits the audience graph: one contact record and one company record, shared across every event you run. See the platform
